GNM NURSING

The GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course in India is a 3-year diploma program that trains students in the field of nursing and midwifery. The curriculum includes both theoretical and practical subjects covering areas such as anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, medical-surgical nursing, community health nursing, and midwifery. GNM students gain hands-on experience through clinical postings in various healthcare settings. After completing the program, graduates are eligible to apply for nursing positions in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. They can also pursue higher education options to further specialize in nursing or pursue a career in teaching and research.
